Kathryn J. Coleman, Ph.D., is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in transforming talent and culture for Fortune 500 companies.
She founded KJC Consulting, LLC, after serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer at a Fortune 100 company where she oversaw global talent acquisition, executive development, employee development, succession planning and diversity and inclusion.
Kathryn has experience in both public and private sectors, spanning higher education, grocery retail, industrial manufacturing, consumer, and healthcare industries.
Kathryn holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Administration and an M.A. in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. in Psychology from Macalester College.
